Clare Roy
Clare Roy has nearly 30 years of experience in equity markets, beginning her career in the UK at Natwest Markets as a Dutch equity analyst. She quickly transitioned into sales, where she excelled in selling pan-European equities and led ABN Amro Equity sales in the Scottish region. A key figure in the post-2008 restructuring at Kepler Cheuvreux, Clare focused on Middle East sovereign wealth funds and London structured accounts. In 2022, she joined Van Lanschot Kempen to lead the transformation of the Local Alpha offering into a sustainability-focused product.
Clare’s comprehensive background in equity capital markets encompasses fundraising, IPOs, ABBs, emergency rights issues, and corporate roadshows. Known for her ability to build lasting client relationships and manage change effectively, she is well-regarded for her expertise in the field.
Clare holds a Master’s in Economics from St Andrews University and a Master’s in International Banking and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
Jeroen van Harten
Jeroen van Harten is an experienced investor relations expert with nearly 30 years in the field, focusing on equities in both brokerage and corporate roles. He spent 17 years as an equity analyst at firms like Robeco, Rabobank, ABN Amro, and RBS where he covered various sectors and was a lead analyst in several IPOs.
As Head of Investor Relations at Corbion, he contributed to repositioning the company’s image, expanded the investor base, and headed Corbion’s M&A activities, involved in both acquisitions and divestments.
His work in investor relations and ESG initiatives has been recognized with industry awards. Jeroen is knowledgeable in all aspects of equity investment, including research, fundraising, M&A, and financial communication.
He holds a Master’s in Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
